• can be used to easily develop, test, and demonstrate new and exciting converged, communication web services on Avaya Breeze using Avaya Zang Cloud Communication Process as a Service (CPaaS) platform services.
• is a set of virtual machines, running in your Amazon EC2 account
• comes pre-configured and ready to test a sample service with a simple phone call.
• can be extended by:
  • writing workflows using Avaya Engagement Designer.
  • writing Java applications (aka Breeze Snap-ins) using the Avaya Breeze Platform SDK.
• can be ordered by following the steps below.

The ordering process automatically creates a lab in your AWS account. Before that can happen you need to give us limited access to your account by following the steps found here.
